BONUS: We are a smoke free house hold but we do own and foster cats (3 in total). I absolutly will make sure to my best ability that there isn't a piece of cat hair on your order but please note it is possible and I am sorry if that happens.

Custom Sizing:
Most items on the store can be printed at large sizes in different finishes and can be made on request. Please email me at [email protected] or on Instagram Tanoshi.USA for details or questions. 


              Shipping:

Triple check that you have the right address before finishing your order. Any changes of address must be done through email immediately. Once an order is shipped it is no longer the responsibility of Tanoshi.USA but instead the responsibility of your countries mailing system.

Pre-Orders:

Please wait 4-8 weeks for delivery of most pre-orders. Product will say in discription if it's in stock or a pre-order.

Customers will be kept updated on when items have arrived to me and been shipped out.

Please be aware that sometimes my emails, to you, go into the spam folder and I will email you within a day if i notice any issues with an order. 

Packing Time:

In stock orders are usually packed within 1-3 business days of payment of order. Most orders will be shipped out on Thursdays and Saturdays. 

Delivery Terms

          Shipping Time (Domestically):

I use USPS. Domestic shipments (USA and Territories) will take 3 - 7 days to be recieved. Orders with two or more items will be shipped with tracking and quicker shipping. Orders with one sticker will be shipped with stamps and may take longer.

          Shipping time (Internationally):

Orders shipped internationally generally take 4 - 22 days. This varies greatly depending the country you live in and the mailing system. Decals are shipped without tracking, generally, as they can be shipped in a flat envelope. Keycahins/Pins have an extra shipping cost to them. If you would like tracking on an international order then please email or message me on instagram and we can figure out the cost using my shipping program and add it to the store for you.

Once Your Order Arrives:

Once you have received an order please feel free to share on instagram or the facebook group "Anime Sticker Unlimited" for a shout-out! I love to see what you do with my pieces and look forward to seeing what you have done.

          Phone Number

Phone numbers are ABSOLUTELY not required to be left while checking out. Though: If I have tried to reach out through email and have not gotten a response; a text will be sent to the phone number if you left one.

         Charge Back

If you have an open charge back with us any future orders will be cancelled until a time that payment goes through on the charge back.

On that same note; all payments must be fully made when using PayPal for orders. Items will not be shipped until payment has fully gone through.
